In terms of Sales of Prepaid Funeral Benefits, flowers, honorariums, death
certificates, sales taxes, grave opening and closing, cemetery charges, and
other items incidental to the funeral and disposition of the beneficiary which
are to be furnished or provided by a third party at the time of death are
considered: - -Cash Accommodation Items
-Any natural person designated in a prepaid funeral benefits contract upon
whose death funeral services or funeral merchandise, or both, shall be
performed, provided, or delivered: - -Contract Beneficiary
-The aggregate moneys to be paid and the aggregate stated value of all
other direct or indirect consideration to be assigned by purchasers of prepaid
funeral benefits as provided in the contract, exclusive of any finance charge -
-Contract Price
-What must an individual do to conduct eye enucleation? (2) - -- Be
*licensed* F.D or Embalmer.
- Receive *certificate* of Competence from Department of Ophthalmology of
UAMS College of Medicine.
-Advertisement - -The publication, dissemination, circulation or placing
before the public, or causing directly or indirectly to be made, published,
disseminated or placed publication, or in the form of a book, notice, circular,
pamphlet, letter, handbill, poster, bill, sign, placard, card, label, tag or over
the radio or television station.
-Apprentice - -A person who is engaged in learning the practice of
embalming or the business of funeral directing, as the case may be, under
the instruction and direct personal supervision of a duly license or Funeral
Director of the State of Arkansas , who is *duly* registered as such.
-Arkansas Code - -Arkansas Statutes pertaining to the funeral Industry.
-Authorizing Agent - -A person *legally* entitled to *control the disposition*
of the remains of a deceased person, as defined by Act 402 of 2009. In the
case of individuals who have donated their bodies to science, and in which
the institution is charged with making arrangements for the final disposition
of the deceased, a representative of the institution, if legally authorized, may
serve as the authorizing agent.
