Demodex brevis: in talgklier ● Phymateuze rosacea (rhinophyma)
● DD: Acne vulgaris, Dermatitis perioralis, Mycose ● Oculaire rosacea
Rosacea teleangiectatische type
● Kenmerk : het vaak lang aanhouden van flushing (langer dan 10 min.) en centrale roodheid in het gelaat.
● Een stekend en brandend gevoel kan hier ook bij voorkomen. Teleangiëctasieën zijn gebruikelijk maar niet
essentieel voor de diagnose.
● Flushing = stevige aanhoudende roodheid. Bevatten geen papels of pustels.
● Behandeling: Lasertherapie (Nd:YAG) of IPL
