Mijn naam is Vincent Player, 32 jaar oud en student bij Schoevers. Deze module is
onderdeel van de opleiding Teamleider. Door mijn doelgerichte mentaliteit kan ik de door u
aangeleerde unieke vaardigheden, gebruiken om nieuwe uitdagingen aan te gaan.
Om deze opdracht te relateren aan de praktijk, heb ik het bedrijf waar ik al 2 jaar werkzaam
ben, Farmadam, onder het vergrootglas gezet en ben ik nagegaan in hoeverre mijn
opgedane kennis een positieve bijdragen zou kunnen leveren aan het zodanig stabiliseren
van de organisatie dat zowel de Directie als het Personeel zich in een win-win situatie
zullen bevinden en de stabiliteit van de organisatie redelijk gegarandeerd is nu en in de
toekomt.
Mijn dank gaat uit naar iedereen die heeft bijgedragen aan het realiseren van deze
moduleopdracht. In het bijzonder mijn docent, Coen van Beeten, die mij met veel
enthousiasme deze module heeft bijgebracht, mijn collega’s voor hun adviezen en
gedeelde ervaringen en tot slot mijn werkgever die mij in de gelegenheid heeft gesteld
deze opleiding te volgen.
