Welkom allemaal bij dit onderzoek. Dit onderzoek is uitgevoerd in opdracht van Vitaplaza. Ik
ben Kim de Weerd en heb stagegelopen bij Vitaplaza. Ik heb ervoor gekozen om de
drempels en motieven te gaan onderzoeken om wel of niet in de krachtzone te gaan sporten.
Ik heb dit onderwerp allereerst gekozen omdat mijn stageorganisatie met het probleem zat
dat de krachtzone te weinig gebruikt wordt. Daarnaast fitness ik zelf ook en vond ik het
interessant om meer te weten te komen over dit onderwerp.
Ik wil graag mijn docent Fleur de Klijn bedanken voor de vele en goede feedback. Daarnaast
