Intensity.
Intensity is simply a measure of how hard – or
easy- you're learning is.
Resting heart rate- The resting heart rate of
the body is the number of contractions of the
heart that occur in a single minute whilst the
body is at complete rest.
Max heart rate- The maximum heart rate is the
maximum number of beats made by your heart in
one minute of effort.
Target heart rate- Your target heart rate zone
is generally started as a percentage of your max
heart rate.
Heart rate reserve- heart rate reserve is the
difference between a person's resting heart rate
and their max heart rate.
The heart rate is the speed of the heartbeat
measured by the number of contractions of the
heart per minute.
