As part of this report I have been exploring the benefits a business offers to the customers when it
uses internet marketing, so I’ll be explaining those benefits and how customers are getting
beneficiated by those.
Internet provides a lot of benefits to companies however companies are not the only ones that get
beneficiated from internet, customers also get a lot of benefits that helps customers to shop or get
information of a product.
One benefit that internet gives to customers is the comparison of a product price in different
companies, this comparison facilitates access of the search and gives as different prices to look at
and compare which one Is more affordable and with more benefits. For example the new iPhone 7
designed apple it’s been sold in different telecommunication companies, which gives to customers
different offers and benefits that may catch their attention, for example the comparison of O2, EE,
Vodafone and Three might have different prices that can beneficiate customers in one way or
another, for example, Vodafone is one of the most expensive prices however they offer other
services that can be useful to have in the device, for example they offer BT Spots and Spotify for free
for 12 months which can be a good service for some of the consumers, EE is also expensive but their
offer the best 4G service in the UK which gives to customers a quicker access to internet and
network , however three gives one of the cheapest prices, but they don’t offer to customers services
such as Spotify or BT Sports and they don’t have the best mobile network.
Another benefit that internet provides to customers is the access to latest and new products and
service information, this benefit allows customer to keep people up to date the most recently
products in the market, for example Apple uses a lot of advertising to introduce their new iPhone 7
into the technological market, so customers can recognize this product, they use internet to keep
people abreast of their new developments, also internet helps to give people a quick review of the
product they are looking for, which will take less time and it also be more detailed so we can get
informed and look at the specification of the product, for example we can get into Apples website
and observe all of the specification of the new iPhone 7, for example we can see the new cameras
that apple has implemented in this device or the new A10 processor, etc.
Another benefit that internet provides is the possibility of lower cost as dynamic pricing, which is a
pricing strategy that business use to set flexible prices for products that are linked with the current
market demands, for example since iPhone 7 has been released, telecommunication companies
have made a lot of offers based on this product, which offers discounts or other services that
customer might find useful, moreover, those companies give to customers the possibility of finding
the cheapest product, for example O2 and Three gives to customers different prices in order to sell
more devices and increase the number of the company sales.
One benefit more that internet provides to customers is the online shopping and delivery that save
time and money to customers, for example a customer can buy any product at any time without
