, Voorwoord
Mijn naam is Joyce Reuvers en ik ben 26 jaar oud. Ik woon samen met mijn hond in Goor. Ik werk bij
d’n Aoverstep in Neede aan de Rapenburg. Dit is een 24-uurs woonlocatie, waar mensen met
psychische en/of psychiatrische stoornissen wonen. Ik ben hier begonnen met een stage in
september 2017. Nadat ik mijn MBO-diploma Maatschappelijke Zorg in ontvangst heb mogen nemen
(juni 2018) heb ik een contract aangeboden gekregen. Inmiddels ben ik persoonlijk begeleider van
acht cliënten en doe ik steeds meer coördinerende taken.

In het derde leerjaar van de opleiding Social Work aan de Hogeschool Saxion te Enschede is dit
beroepsproduct opgesteld. De doelgroep waarmee ik werk zijn zeker kwetsbare burgers. Voor dit
beroepsproduct is er samengewerkt met één cliënt.

Ik wil mijn praktijkbegeleider Natalie Kok bedanken voor de feedback en adviezen tijdens mijn
leerproces.
