, Voorwoord
Ik stel mij graag aan u voor. Mijn naam is Beatrice Sas-van der Horst, 33 jaar oud en ik woon in
Nieuw-Vennep. Sinds januari 2016 ben ik werkzaam bij Schenk Makelaars, gevestigd in Hoofddorp, in
de functie officemanager. Ik ondersteun hierbij twee directeuren en daarnaast geef ik leiding en
sturing aan het secretariaat. Het team bestaat uit vijftien mensen, maar voor mijn moduleopdracht
beschrijf ik vier mensen, allen werkzaam op het secretariaat.
Om mijn rol als teamleider nog beter uit te kunnen voeren, ben ik de vakopleiding Teamleider bij
Schoevers gaan volgen. Ik hoop na het afronden van deze moduleopdracht nog beter sturing en
leiding te geven aan het secretariaat.
Dit is mijn laatste moduleopdracht, waarin ik mijn eigen leiderschapskwaliteiten zal reflecteren, een
teamanalyse zal opstellen en tevens de conclusies hieruit beschrijf. Daarnaast zal ik twee
verschillende praktijksituaties beschrijven aan de hand van de STARR-methode, waarbij ik per situatie
twee persoonlijke leerdoelen SMART zal formuleren. Ik wens u veel leesplezier toe!
