UNIT 2
Assignment D
a few occasions when it came to handing in my assignment, I would
be very close to the deadline
only sometimes giving myself 20 minutes before the closure. I would
also say I need to give myself
more time to write up my assignments as I would plan them and
type some of the results up but not
entirely write them until the last few days or even the last day, so as
a conclusion I would say I need
to work on my time management. However, in the experiments my
time management was
remarkable as it was always within the set time, and I never missed
any part of my practical and
always managed to get a full set of results. In completing this unit, I
feel I have improved my existing
skills and gained a wide range of new skills, that will prepare me for
university and my future career.

Overall, I completed a significant amount of research and experimentation in this
unit to successfully complete unit 2 practical scientific procedures and techniques.
The skills I learned in this unit will be useful when I apply to universities because they
have given me more independence and confidence in doing practical work.
While studying Unit 2 practical scientific procedures and techniques, I completed the
practical in titration, chromatography, and colorimetry. When doing the practical
work, I had to apply previous knowledge, such as safety, but there were still many
skills I needed to learn to perform the experiments independently and accurately.
