HC 1

• Eerst krijgt men een preparatie, die is positief. Dan gaat het als volgt:
Afdruk (-) --> gips (+) --> wasmodel (+) --> investment model (-) casting (+)

• een randspleet (tussen kroon en stomp) is ongeveer 2-=30 micrometer
(vroeger) nu is het 100-150 micrometer. Nog altijd wel precies.

• luchtbellen ontstaan door speeksel (met afdrukken)

• Scannen geeft minder fouten, maar er kunnen rekenfouten ontstaan

• Gips is CaSO4 x H2O

• Bèta hemihydraat= W/P* 0.5, grove kristallen
alfahemihydraat = W/P 0.2, kleine kristallen
*(W/P is water poeder verhouding)

• Versnellers (van het uitharden van gips) zijn MgCl, CaCl, KSO4, NaCl, meer
poeder toevoegen.

• Vertragers zijn Borax, Patacilliumcitraat, meer water toevoegen

• Hierbij is het met het extra toevoegen van water minder expansie en bij
toevoegen van extra gips meer.

• Temperatuur doet niets

• Langer mengen geeft ook snellere verharding en expansie.

• Gips is stabiel, maar lage treksterkte en oplosbaar
