→ Regulatie door fosforylatie:
- geladen fosfaatgroep bindt op Ser14 → Conformationele verandering → FosfoSer zorgt
voor reactie met Arg → conformatie R-toestand
● Fosforylase a: geen AMP nodig
● Fosforylase b: AMP nodig
AMP → activator (omzetting T → R)
ATP → inhibitor (T blijft T door stabilisatie)

= Substraatconstante waarbij de beginsnelheid de helft is van de maximale snelheid
