handelen van iemand of wat iemand gezegd heeft.
 Essentieel binnen communicatie.
 Zonder feedback kan je niet goed werken.
 Feedback moet wel op de juiste manier gezegd worden.
 Feedback voorkomt ruis.

2 vormen van feedback:
 Feedback op de inhoudsniveau  wat er letterlijk wordt gezegd.
 Feedback op betrekkingsniveau  hoe vat je de manier van de
boodschap op. (gaat bijna altijd over het gedrag)
 Voorbeeld: je kant zeggen laat je boek nou is liggen johw of je zegt wil
je alsjeblieft je boek laten liggen.
 Let op de situatie!

Stap 1 : ik zie/ik hoor.
