2-punts discriminatie:
-Huidtest voor de fijne en grove tastperceptie van de hand na zenuwbeschadiging
-De test wordt statisch en dynamisch uitgevoerd
-Statisch voor de langzaam geïnnerveerde fijne tast. Dynamisch voor de snel geïnnerveerde grove
tast.
-De afstand tussen 2 puntjes zegt iets over het zenuwherstel na beschadiging.
-Hoe sneller de afstand tussen 2 puntjes kan worden waargenomen, hoe groter het herstel
-Normaal: waarneming van een 2 puntsafstand van < 6mm (best zo)
-Redelijk: waarneming van een 2-puntsafstand van 6 – 10mm
-Slecht: waarneming van een 2-puntsafstand van 11 – 15mm
- 6mm afstandsdiscriminatie komt overeen met het opdraaien van een horloge
- 12mm voor het vasthouden van precisie instrumenten (pen, pincet)
