Dit verslag gaat over de module communicatieve vaardigheden. Door mij
te verdiepen in de theorie, word ik bewust van mijn eigen
communicatiegedrag en vaardigheden en kan ik dit in de praktijk beter
toe passen. Dit geeft mij handvatten voor in mijn dagelijks leven, maar
ook in mijn werk als sociaal werker.
Het verslag is opgedeeld in verschillende leeruitkomsten. De eerste
leeruitkomst gaat over communicatiebegrippen met voorbeelden.
Tweede leeruitkomst gaat over drie verschillende situaties waarin
communicatiestoring is ontstaan, waarin ik ook uitleg hoe deze storing
opgelost is en wat mijn gedrag in deze storing is.
Bij leeruitkomst drie heb ik aan drie verschillende personen feedback
gevraagd aan de hand van het 360 graden formulier. Na het ontvangen
van dit formulier heb ik hier met hun een gesprek over gehad. De
bewijsstukken zal ik aan dit verslag toevoegen.
