, Inleiding
Voor het verslag ‘2.1.4 Positioneren in het sociaal domein’ is het de bedoeling om een
verslag te schrijven over de organisatie van je eigen praktijkleerplek. In dit verslag vindt u
dan ook negen uitgewerkte hoofdstukken over mijn praktijkleerplek de Weekend Academie,
ook wel de WA genoemd. Om tot een mooi eindresultaat te komen zijn er twee vakken
lesgegeven waaruit er informatie kon worden gehaald. Deze vakken zijn recht en
organisatiekunde. In dit verslag laat ik zien dat ik de domein specifieke wet- en regelgeving
ken rondom bescherming van mensen in kwetsbare posities. Ook laat ik zien dat ik de
wettelijke kaders van de positie van de werknemer in de non-profit sector (ken en) kan
toepassen en dat ik kan positioneren vanuit organisaties in het sociaal werk en kan
communiceren als sociaal werker in overleg met het (in)formele netwerk en stakeholders.
