Perifeer zenuwstelsel = Zenuwsysteem zonder de hersenen en ruggenmerg:
- 12 craniale zenuwen (in het gezicht/hoofd)
- radix (zenuwwortel, in het nekgebied) -> Spurling en Jackson tests
- ramus
- plexus (loopt onder de clavicula in het halsgebied)
- zenuwen – n. Ischiadicus loopt door de ramus (vaak verwoven met m.
Piriformus)
Symptomen:
- sensorische problemen
- motor control problemen
- pijn
Test manieren:
§ Patient geschiedenis, Functionele inspectie en AROM/PROM
§ SLUMP/ KEMP
o Totale lichaamsrek
o herken je je pijn tijdens deze beweging? Wanneer hoofd omhoog, gaat de
pijn weer weg
o Zittend waarbij je 1 been langzaam strekt en de kin op de borst legt –
totale rek
