,Voorwoord
Afgelopen periode stond in het teken van Demand & Supply planning. Voor het project van
het vak OE604A hebben wij een Demand & Supply planning opgemaakt voor ‘De Witte
Kraag’ met als doel het management van de bierbrouwer op de hoogte te stellen van de
voorspelde vraag naar kratten bier tijdens het WK Voetbal 2022.

Wij verwachten dat alle leden van het team dit project in teamverband uitvoeren en dat
iedereen een professionele en zelfstandige houding toont.

De afgelopen weken wij theorielessen gekregen van Thorvald van der Zee en Thijs van der
Laken. Wij willen Thorvald en Thijs bedanken voor de hulp en bijgebrachte kennis vanuit de
leuke en interessante lessen.
