, Inleiding
Voor de toet opdracht ‘3Z1.1 ondersteuningsplan’ moet er een ondersteuningsplan
geschreven worden voor de aangereikte casus. De casus die bij dit verslag hoort is de casus
van Daniel. Deze casus is te vinden in bijlage 1. In het eerste hoofdstuk wordt de casus in
het kort beschreven en wordt de ondersteuningsvraag geformuleerd. Het hoofdstuk daarna
gaat over de verschillende methodieken. Hierin wordt beschreven welke methodiek wordt
toegepast op Daniel zijn ondersteuningsvraag. In hoofdstuk 3 wordt er een analyse gemaakt
van de casus met behulp van het model van Huber en het balansmodel. Het
ondersteuningsplan staat beschreven in hoofdstuk 4 en in hoofdstuk 5 is het ethische
dilemma.
