Voor u ligt het portfolio wat is gemaakt tijdens het volgen van de minor Kind & Jeugd aan de
Hanzehogeschool te Groningen. De minor is gevolgd in de periode van september 2022 tot
december 2022, en is geschreven in het afstudeerjaar van de student. Dankzij de minor heb
ik ontzettend veel nieuwe informatie gekregen over allerlei verschillende disciplines en
ervaringen binnen de kind- en jeugdzorg. Dankzij deze informatieve lessen heb ik een
portfolio kunnen opstellen die goed aansluit bij het zorgproces van het kind. Ik wil dan ook
alle docenten, simulanten en gastsprekers bedanken voor hun tijd en hun informatieve
