6.1. Inleiding
TA in coachsituaties:
Kennis en inzicht bevorderen: wederzijds begrip, zicht op voorwaarden samenwerking,
herkenning van vastzittende en zicht op herhalende gedragspatronen, verbetering kwaliteit
leven.
Probleemoplossend vermogen bevorderen en zowel de effectieve, groei stimulerende als
minder effectieve communicatiepatronen
Grondslag TA dat ieder mens als prins(es) geboren wordt en in essentie in goede staat is
TA is een keuzemodel:
Subpersoonlijkheden: mental states/egostates (egoposities of egotoestanden)
Ouders/volwassenen/kinderen
Berne: om clienten bewust te maken van hun keuzemogelijkheden. Drie manieren van
reageren:
Kind: zoals hij vroeger als kind zou reageren
Volwassene: op grond van rationaliteit en logica
Ouder: zoals zijn opvoeder zou reageren
Te benoemen egoposities
Ouder
Zorgende ouder (ZO): ook wel voedende ouder genoemd, gebaseerd op waarden.
Kritische ouder (KO): gebaseerd op normen.
Bedrijfsmatig: niveau missie en visie
Volwassene:
Gebaseerd op logica, informatie, rationaliteit. Wie wat waar waarom wanneer?
Bedrijfsmatig: strategisch niveau
Kind:
Adaptieve kind (AK): gebaseerd op zowel interne als externe verwachtingen
Bedrijfsmatig: tactisch en operationeel niveau
