Dit teamontwikkelingsplan is aan de hand van de SCC-lessen uit blok c en d geschreven.
Hiervoor heb ik mijn projectteam van blok a en c gebruikt. In hoofdstuk twee vertel ik hoe er
werd vergaderd en in hoofdstuk drie hoe de samenwerking was. In hoofdstuk vier vind u de
Belbintest van alle teamleden inclusief die van mij. Ook heb ik mijn teamleden en mijzelf in de
Roos van Leary geplaatst, deze kunt u terug vinden in hoofdstuk vijf. Hoofdstuk zes beschrijft
de valkuilen en de aanbevelingen. Het adviesproces is te vinden in hoofdstuk zeven en in
hoofdstuk acht wordt de groepsdynamica uitgelegd.
