, Inleiding
Gedurende mijn stage van PLP2 in de revalidatiezorg, heb ik veel verschillende ziektebeelden
gezien en veel verschillende cliënten leren kennen. Ik heb leren kijken naast de reden van
opname en dat daar soms hele nieuwe problemen bij kunnen zitten wat invloed zou kunnen
hebben op het lichamelijk herstel/de oorspronkelijke reden van opname.
Deze opdracht van klinisch redeneren is gebaseerd op een cliënt met zowel een lichamelijk
als psychische problematiek. Om de privacy van deze cliënt te waarborgen, noem ik de
gekozen cliënt ‘Mevrouw X’.
