 Example- jellyfish, hydra, sea-anemone
3 Platyhelminthes[flatworms]-
 Body thin and flattened
 Mostly live as parasites in bodies of other animals
 Example- tapeworm and liver fluke

, 4 Nematoda[roundworms]
 Body rounded and unsegmented
 Mostly live as parasites in animals including humans.

unwashed fruits and vegetables.
5 annelida[segmented worms]
 body composed of rings or segments
 they have soft moist body wall through which they
breathe
 nephridia= these have special organ for excretion.
6 Arthropoda [animals with jointed legs]-
 divided in three region- head thorax and abdomen.
 Body has jointed legs.
Further divided into 4 parts-
A crustacea-
 Many jointed legs
 Live in water
 Example-crab, shrimps, prawns
B Myriapoda-
 Many segments. 1 or 2 pairs of legs on each segment
 Centipede, millipede
C Insecta-
 Divided into 3 regions- head thorax and abdomen
