,Voorwoord
Voor u ligt het verslag van het vak C114. Hierin ben ik opzoek gegaan naar een maatschappelijke ontwikkeling en
mijn eigen ontwikkeling. Welke raakvlakken heb ik hierin gevonden en hoe ben ik deze ontwikkeling aangegaan?
Graag neem ik u mee in mijn proces binnen mijn werkgebied.
Het werkgebied waar ik werkzaam ben is een 24-uurs woonlocatie voor mensen met een licht verstandelijke
beperking (LVB) met diverse problematieken; verslavingsproblematiek, psychische problematiek, justitiële
contacten en somatische problematiek.
De locatie waar ik werkzaam ben biedt begeleiding aan maximaal 35 cliënten.
Vanuit de driehoeksamenwerking tussen manager, gedragswetenschapper en begeleiding wordt de zorg
gewaarborgd en wordt er gekeken naar de (on)mogelijkheden van de cliënt. Hierin is het belangrijk dat er een
goede samenwerking is. Vanuit hier heb ik gekeken hoe de samenwerking is in de crisiszorg en welke
mogelijkheden en onmogelijkheden hierin zijn.
