El incidente de los bombardeos en Hiroshima (06/08/1945) y Nagasaki (09/08/1945) fueron
sucesos trágicos e impactantes, en donde fallecieron aproximadamente más de 100,000
personas. Aquellas que sobrevivieron, sufrieron innumerables consecuencias económicas,
sociales, mentales y físicas; hasta el punto de crear gigantescos traumas y discriminaciones
por parte de otras naciones. (Serrano, 2020)
Por ende, en esta investigación se propone responder a la siguiente pregunta con el análisis
de fuentes primarias y secundarias: ¿En qué medida el bombardeo de Hiroshima y Nagasaki
en 1945 afectaron de manera socioeconómica a los japoneses a partir de la lectura de fuentes
periódicas de la época como The Pittsburgh Press, The Lewiston Daily Sun, The Victoria
Advocate, Prescott Evening Courier y Lawrence Journal-World?

El valor de esta fuente es significante ya que aporta al público la fecha de publicación,
(01/28/946) entre otras palabras el origen; en el periódico Sun Journal. Sin embargo, no
muestra su autor, por ello esta es una limitación. De lo anterior, la pregunta de dónde obtuvo
la información, si llegó a estar en aquel lugar, y cómo conoce bastante detalle de lo sucedido.
Hablando de su contenido, el valor que presenta se basa en contar la manera en que la gente
que sobrevivió al ataque de Hiroshima intentaba reconstruir su hogar. Aquí cuenta que todo
el día se escuchaban martillazos, lo que significa, que no paraban de construir. Además, que
se situaba poca vida, pues los árboles y plantas, así como los humanos, todos fueron
afectados.
