- Instabiel gevoel, klik klachten - Achterste stress test
- Pijn
- Uiting aan de laterale zijde.
Behandeling
- Pijn + mogelijke ontsteking verminderen rust, ijs, NSAID
- Preventie van luxatie door middel van houdingstraining
- Mobilisatie richting adductie en endorotatie
