1. Inleiding
Dit verslag heb ik geschreven in opdracht van mijn opleiding Social Work die ik volg aan de
Hanzehogeschool te Groningen. Voor het onderdeel Stage jaar 3 en Tko is dit verslag nodig
om te evalueren op mijn leerervaringen binnen mijn stagebedrijf. Dit jaar loop ik stage op
het Noorderpoort Gezondheidszorg en Welzijn en maak ik deel uit van het begeleidings- en
adviesteam (BAT). In het BAT-team begeleidt ik studenten die meer moeite hebben met het
behalen van de opleiding dan andere studenten.
In dit verslag evalueer ik op de leeruitkomsten en beschrijf ik wat ik heb gedaan en geleerd
op mijn stagebedrijf.
