De komende 7 weken ga ik het keuzevak ‘Weet wat je eet’ volgen op dinsdagavond. Ik heb voor dit
keuzevak gekozen, omdat ik de opleiding tot verpleegkundige doe en ik veel aan het leren ben over
het menselijk lichaam en het gedrag van mensen. Omdat ik weet dat dit eigenlijk ook heel veel met
voeding te maken heeft, lijk het me interessant om mijn kennis hier mee uit te breiden.
In dit verslag werk ik 4 opdrachten uit, mijn voedingsdagboek, waarin ik precies heb bijgehouden wat
ik eet in 2 dagen (2 delen), een opdracht waarvoor ik een gerecht heb gemaakt op basis van een
bepaald budget én heb ik me verdiept in een veelvoorkomende ziekte en de gevolgen van voedsel
hierop.
