= a problem-solving technique
- a way to reframe problems as opportunities for creative solutions
- encourages a more open and solution-focused mindset, making it easier to tackle complex
challenges effectively
- not yet the intention to describe a particular solution, but gives the perfect frame for innovative
thinking
- suggests that a solution is possible because it offers you the chance to answer in a variety of ways
b) 4 steps to formulate
1. Rephrase the insight statements/POVs as HWM questions
don’t do this too narrow
2. Break this larger position into 6 to 12 smaller questions
3. Can your questions have multiple solutions?
If it doesn’t, broaden it, it should generate several possible answers

- HMW keep people productive and healthy when they have to work from home?
