Voor mijn opleiding Mbo-verpleegkundige heb ik 3 keuzedelen examens. Waaronder Wijkgericht. Dit verslag
gaat over wijkgericht werken. Dit keuzedeel is bedoeld om mij te verdiepen en mijn kennis te verbeteren
omtrent de zorg. Dit keuzedeel is onderverdeeld in 4 hoofd thema’s met elk een opdracht. De 4 thema’s zijn:
Ken je wijk, ken je cliënt, ken jezelf en ken de wetten/regelgeving in je wijkteam en maatschappelijke
ontwikkelingen in de zorg.
Ik ben werkzaam bij de thuiszorg. Dit is een organisatie door heel Friesland. De Thuiszorg waar ik werkzaam
ben is voornamelijk in de stad en een aantal dorpjes daar omheen.
