Q3 Energiehuishouding- Glycolyse = afbraak van glucose tot pyruvaat
- Glycogenese = glucose glycogeen (dmv insuline)
- Glycogenolyse = Glycogeen glucose (dmv glucagon of adrenaline)
- Gluconeogenese = lichaam maakt zelf glucose aan
- Proteolyse = afbraak eiwitten tot aminozuren
- Ketogenese = acety-coenzym A omzetten in ketonlichamen
- Lipogenese = overmaat glycerol, glucose, aminozuren en lactaat omzetten in vetzuren
Insuline aangemaakt en afgeven door alvleeskliercellen aanwezig in eilandjes van langerhans.
Elk celtype maakt en geeft een ander hormoon af:
- α – cel: Glucagon (maakt van glycogeen glucose)
- β – cel: insuline (maakt van glucose glycogeen)
