* Chronische mucushypersecretie Lage BMI en/of excessief gewichtsverlies
* leiden tot een grotere jaarlijkse achteruitgang van de FEV1

- GOLD I/GOLD II, zonder functionele beperkingen (MRC < 2), medicamenteus goed ingesteld
