, Inleiding.
Mijn naam is en op dit moment ben ik werkzaam als Zorgkundige in Marienacker te
workum.
In Februari 2021 ben ik gestart met de opleiding verpleegkundige niveau 4 dit doe ik op de
ROC Friese poort te Sneek.
Dit is het eerste examen wat ik moest maken, in dit examen begeleid ik een zorgvrager met
verschillende begeleidings vragen met behulp van een begeleidingsplan.
