Een Moreel Beraad is een gesprek waarin de deelnemers gezamenlijk een ethische kwestie
uit hun werk bespreken. Zij doen dit gestructureerd, aan de hand van een
gespreksmethodiek, en met behulp van een gespreksleider.
- De student legt uit welke vier ethische benaderingen er bestaan.
o De deugd –of karakterethiek
o De plicht –of gebodsethiek (normen)
o De gevolgenethiek (het utilisme)
o De waardenethiek
- De student formuleert in een moreel beraad een ethisch dilemma en benadert deze
vanuit de vier ethische aspecten (deugd, waarden, gevolgen en plicht).

Organiseren is de functie van het management die erop gericht is een structuur van relaties
tussen het personeel te creëren waardoor dit in staat is de gestelde doelen te bereiken.

geven in een schematische weergave;
