,Voorwoord

Na 20 weken stage te hebben gelopen binnen X, op twee totaal verschillende afdelingen, is
dit portfolio het eindresultaat van deze intensieve periode. Deze 20 weken heb ik mogen
vervullen op afdeling X, een open psychogeriatrische afdeling binnen X. Ik heb in deze 20
weken heel veel geleerd, vooral omdat in november jl. de afdeling is geopend en er nog een
heleboel te leren en uit te voeren is.

Ik heb in deze 20 weken erg veel ervaring opgedaan en een hele leuke praktijkleerperiode
volbracht.
Ik wil ten eerste mijn docentbegeleider X bedanken. Daarnaast wil ik mijn werkbegeleidster X
en praktijkopleidster X bedanken voor de begeleiding tijdens mijn praktijkleerperiode.
