Vier typen:
- Epitheel
- Spier
- Zenuw
- Bind
Cellen en extracellulaire matrix
Kraakbeen
Bot
Bloed
Vetweefsel
Pacreas:
Epitheel:
- Bedekkend epitheel; afgrenzende laag op inwendige en uitwendige
oppervlakten.
- Klierepitheel; in weefselverband gegroepeerde cellen die tot secretie in
staat zijn.
Kenmerken epitheel:
- Aaneengesloten
Celverbindingsstructuren: tight junctions (ook wel zonula occludens)
Daaronder: hechtende verbindingen:
adhesion belt (ook wel zonula adherens) Dit verbind de
cytoskeletten met elkaar (stevigheid).
Desmosomen (ook wel macula adherens)
Verbonden aan het basale membraan met de hemidesmosomen
en focal adhesions. Deze kunnen ook signalen doorgeven.
