This report aims to understand the digitalisation of the business organization better to achieve the
business organization's goals. Digitalization of the business operations can be better understood as
making business activities online that would help better control and manage the data so that the
purposes of the business organization can be better achieved. In this report, the emphasis on digital
business is given and how the business organisation can achieve the goals by making their digital
activities explained.

In the first part of the report, the meaning and importance of digitalization in the business
organization have been explained with the key trends in the digitalization business. From the
findings, it has been found that the need for making business digital has been increased after the
failure of traditional business forms has appeared after the global pandemic breakdown. With that,
the advantages of digital business have also been explained to develop a better understanding. The
uses of digital Companies in Tesla have also been elucidated so that an organizational context can
also be understood.

In the second part of this report, the emergence of a new business model has been explained that
will be helpful in better understanding the development, and the importance of implementing
current business models have been demonstrated with this how Tesla has been managed to
implement new and emerging business models in the context of business problems that have to be
considered while implementing the business model and emerging trends in the organization.

The report also focuses on the importance of digital collaboration to collaboratively achieve the
