WIE IS KANDINSKY
Wassily Kandinsky was een Russische schilder. Hij is geboren op 16 december 1866 en
stierf op 13 december 1944 hij is dus 88 geworden. Kandinsky studeerde rechten en
economie in Moskou hij was intelligent en zou jurist worden, maar zijn passie lag
eigenlijk bij kunst en schilderen. Toen hij dertig was nam hij het besluit kunstenaar te
worden en in 1900 verhuisde hij naar München. Hier heeft hij gestudeerd aan een
kunstacademie. Toen de Eerste Wereldoorlog uitbrak verhuisde Kandinsky
kortstondig terug naar Moskou. In 1921 is hij weer terug verhuisd naar Duitsland en
gaf les in vormgeven aan het Bauhaus. Twaalf jaar later is hij nog een keer naar Parijs
verhuisd
