diferencias encuentra entre los distintos biotipos?
(A) TIPO CONSTITUCIONAL, APTITUD LECHERA (B) TIPO CONSTITUCIONAL, APTITUD MIXTA
Nos encontramos con dos vacas de tipo constitucional bastante diferenciadas, la vaca A de aptitud
lechera, se diferencia por su elevada producción de leche, mientras que la B su producción también
es elevada pero lechera y cárnica. La A obtiene menor rendimiento a la canal y menor G.M.D., con
diferencia la B tiene un alto rendimiento a la canal y mayor G.M.D.
La mayor diferencia y a simple vista es la morfología entre ambas.
