1- Wat is het principe van de SDS Page electroforese?
Eiwitten die gescheiden zijn (op basis van de grootte) door de polyacrylamide gel, worden zichtbaar
gemaakt op een stuk NC-papier (afdruk van de eiwitten op basis van de bandjes). Dit wordt gedaan
omdat de Page-gel slecht toegankelijk is voor grote moleculen als antilichamen, waarmee eiwitten
specifiek kunnen worden gedetecteerd.
