,Inleiding
Dit verslag is het eindproduct van de module Diëtistisch Consult. Volgens de Nederlandse
Vereniging van Diëtisten (2023) dient de paramedische diëtist op basis van Methodisch
handelen te werken. Methodisch handelen is een professionele, effectieve en efficiënte manier
om de doelen van de cliënt te behalen. Voor deze opdracht ligt de focus op de eerste 3 stappen
uit dit proces; de aanmelding, het diëtistisch onderzoek en de diëtistische diagnose. Om dit in
de praktijk te brengen is er gebruik gemaakt een casus van een fictieve cliënt
Het verslag is opgebouwd uit 3 delen; het gespreksverslag, het ICF-schema en
probleemstelling diëtistische diagnose en het reflectieverslag. De ziektebeelden overgewicht
en hypertensie staan centraal in de uitgewerkte casus.
