U staat op het punt om ons verslag ‘intervention mapping’ te lezen. Dit verslag is geschreven voor de
opleiding HBO Verpleegkunde aan de Hogeschool Zeeland, University of Applied Sciences. Deze
opdracht is gemaakt voor de cursus ‘Klinische toepassing A’. De opdracht intervention mapping is tot
stand gekomen tijdens de begeleide colleges van de cursus ‘KTA’, ‘PVB’ en door zelfstandig te werken
in ons studiegroepje.
Door feedback te vragen en ontvangen hebben wij een goed verslag kunnen opstellen met
betrekking tot intervention mapping.
