College week 1:Organizational Behavior bestudeert de invloed die individuen, groepen en structuur hebben op
menselijk gedrag in organisaties.
Het belangrijkste doel is om die kennis toe te passen om de effectiviteit van organisaties te
verbeteren.
En maatschappelijke verantwoordelijkheid te vergroten.
3 niveaus van organizational behavior:
1. Individuel level
2. Group level
3. Organization system level
Individuele niveau: werktevredenheid
Werktevredenheid= positief gevoel over iemands werk op basis van een evaluatie van de
eigenschappen.
Groepsniveau: Groepsdenken
Groepsdenken= situatie waarin groepsdruk zorgt voor conformiteit
Organisatiesysteem niveau: macht
Door veel macht heb je veel verantwoordelijkheid
Conceptuele modellen: input (onafhankelijk) - processes - outcomes (afhankelijk)
Moderatiemodel= relatie tussen afhankelijke en onafhankelijke variabele wordt beïnvloedt
door een andere variabele.
Mediatiemodel= relatie tussen afhankelijke en onafhankelijke variabele wordt verklaard
door een andere variabele
