Geschiedenis:
1876 Wundt oorsprong van de psychologie
1888 Cattel test ontwikkelden
1912 Munsterberg schreef het eerste boek over organisatiepsychologie
1e wereldoorlog een test ontwikkeld waarbij er werd gekeken of de juiste mensen op de juiste
plek gezet konden worden
Hawthorne effect beschrijft een effect waarbij de hoeveelheid licht een rol speelt in de
productiviteit. Uiteindelijk bleek de productiviteit te komen doordat er meer interactie en aandacht
was tussen werkgever en werknemer.
