Voor u ligt het verslag normatieve professionalisering. Dit verslag is geschreven aan de hand van een casus welke heeft plaats gevonden in
het Spaarne Gasthuis in Haarlem Zuid. Er wordt geprobeerd een antwoord te vinden op een moreel dilemma door een literatuuronderzoek
uit te voeren en verschillende dialogen te voeren over dit morele dilemma. Uiteindelijk wordt er beschreven welke veranderingen er plaats
kunnen vinden als zo’n zelfde moreel dilemma zich opnieuw voor doet.
Alle namen zijn fictief om de anonimiteit te bewaren.
