Method of Contract: The method of contract we will be using is AD-HOC. This means
that we will only pay for rooms or flights we have taken bookings for.
Consolidations: We will offer an alternative holiday if we do not sell 30 seats at least 8
weeks before travel or deposit will be refunded.
Currency: We have used a UK destination using GBP
Contracts and Bookings
All bookings are subject to our Customer Charter. All contracts and bookings will be
concluded in English and will be filed by Shearings Holidays.
Prices and Offers
All prices quoted on this website are per person, per stay, based on two people sharing a
standard room/cabin unless otherwise stated. Additional supplements may apply for
single rooms. All savings shown are based on selected brochure prices and are for new
bookings only. All promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers and
we reserve the right to withdraw any offers at any time and without prior notice. Fuel
supplements and other supplements may apply. Insurance not included. 1.5% handling
fee applies to credit card transactions.
Cancellations
You may cancel your hotel break at any time, but if you do so you will have to pay us
cancellation charges based on a scale. These charges are to compensate us for the risk of
not being able to re-sell your accommodation. When you cancel you must inform us or
your travel agent in writing and your cancellation only takes effect from the date we or
your travel agent receive your notice in writing, signed by the person who made the
booking, together with any travel tickets or vouchers we may already have sent you.
Please note that if only part of a booking is cancelled this may mean that the
accommodation booked will be under occupied and may result in the remaining guests
having to pay any applicable supplements, e.g. changing a twin room to a single.
We will advertise late sales 6 weeks before the departure date at a cost of… after the
first ….seats have been sold.
