MANTENIMIENTO PREDICTIVO:
Tarea #1 ANALISIS DE LUBRICANTES O ACEITE.
Periodo Semanal
Técnico TSU en mantenimiento, mecánica o Ingeniero en
lubricación de maquinaria
Tiempo 2 horas
Medios seguros de Utilizar el EPP

• Guantes de hule o látex
• Lentes de seguridad
• Botas
• Fajas de soporte lumbar (si se levanta peso).
• Mascarillas respiratorias (en caso de niebla de
aceite).
El Ingeniero a cargo debe saber el procedimiento que
estas realizando.
No ocuparas tarjeta de seguridad porque necesitas
lubricante de la maquina operando.
Tareas de servicio 1.-Identificas la maquina en la que quieres realizar el
mantenimiento predictivo.
2.-Debes de abrir la maquina en donde el aceite quede
expuesto al medio ambiente.
3.-Ingresas la manguera y bomba de vacío en la caja de
engranajes mientras esté operando.
4.-Te aseguras de que la manguera de plástico no este
atrapada por los engranajes.
5.-Con la bomba manual empiezas a succionar el aceite
para que entre a la botella de plástico.
6.-Cuando se llene un 75% paras y tapas tu muestra.
7.-Mandas la muestra de lubricante usado y no utilizado,
lubricante nuevo o del proveedor para establecer una
comparación.
8.-Limpias tu área de trabajo.
