,Voorwoord
Voor u ligt mijn portfolio van de module ‘OTP11-Coachen op talentontwikkeling’.

Omdat ik tijdens het volgen van deze module tussen twee banen viel, heb ik ervoor gekozen om
iemand in mijn privékring te gaan coachen. Aan de hand van vijf gesprekken, zijn we in het
coachgesprek actief bezig geweest met talentontwikkeling.

Ik heb deze module als positief ervaren. Het is een onderdeel wat ik namelijk graag verder wil
ontwikkelen maar nog wel erg onzeker over ben omdat ik hier in de praktijk nog niet veel ervaring
mee heb.

In het bijzonder wil ik mijn docent Jurgen Stavast bedanken. Ik heb al eerder les van hem mogen
volgen en zijn enthousiasme en gedrevenheid gaan nooit vervelen.
