Ventilation-to-perfusion ratio: Regulatie van perfusie (bloedstroom) naar de alveoli die de
hoogste O2 niveaus hebben.
Dia 14: Lokale perfusie-regulatie in de weefsels
In de longen veroorzaakt een verlaging van de O2-concentratie vasoconstrictie in de
bloedvaten van de longblaasjes, zodat de bloedstroom zich zoveel mogelijk concentreert
naar functionele longblaasjes
