experience, state/national professional credentials, and/or appropriate professional
experience

-If LPC becomes aware if another LPC/Candidate is engaging in sexual conduct that
violates the Act, the LPC must - -Report it to the Board within 30 days
-LPC's should not disclose supervisee confidences to anyone, EXCEPT: - -as mandated
by law, in case of clear and imminent danger to a person or persons, where the
professional counselor is a defendant in a civil, criminal, or disciplinary action arising
from the supervision, waiver previously obtained in writing and only according to the
waiver
-LPC Applicant paperwork- negative reference - -Appear for an interview before the
licensure is completed
-Supervisor should keep records for each supervisee for at least - -5 years beyond the
termination or completion of supervised experience
-Termination of Supervision Agreement form must be submitted to the Board within - -
3 business days of termination
-Approved LPC Supervisors are required to complete a minimum of - -3 clock hours of
continuing education in counseling supervision each renewal period
